Imogen & Paul - A Joyfully Stylish Manchester Hall Wedding - Manchester Wedding Photography

You are one of my nicest thoughts.
— Georgia O'Keefe

Imogen and Paul’s wedding at Manchester Hall was such a joy to photograph — one of those days I’ll never forget. I’ve worked at this gorgeous venue many times (I honestly love weddings at Manchester Hall), but this one felt especially personal and full of soul.

Both architects, Imogen and Paul brought their shared love of design into every inch of the day. From the beautifully considered signage and stationery to the incredible florals, their creativity was everywhere. It felt effortless and refined but still full of heart — a perfect reflection of them.

And Imogen’s dress! She wore the most amazing emerald green Falconetti gown by The Vampire’s Wife and looked so cool. It was bold, unexpected, and absolutely stunning — one of those looks you just know people will talk about for years.

There were also a dozen little ones running around, all under five (including their gorgeous one-year-old son, Seb). It was pure, delightful chaos in the best way — the kind of energy that makes everything feel alive and real.

But more than all the design details and beautiful moments, what really stood out was them. Imogen and Paul are just the most wonderful, kind, generous humans. I honestly loved every moment I spent with them — they made me feel so welcome and trusted me completely, which always makes the work feel extra special.

If you’re planning a Manchester Hall wedding and are looking for relaxed, creative photography that captures the feeling of the day (the big moments, the quiet ones, and all the magic in between), I’d love to hear from you. It’s one of my favourite venues, and days like this are exactly why I do what I do.
