Stacy and Nick got married at The Holford Estate, which is a beautiful barn in Cheshire with stunning grounds. It was such a happy day and the sun shone all day long!

The Serious Part

The ceremony was a legal ceremony in the vast main barn. During the ceremony there wasn't a dry eye in sight, including from the happy couple's 5 year old son. It was really emotional.

They decorated the area with so many flowers and greenery, which I loved. The reception was in a clear-roof marquee at The Holford Estate – I love this venue because the light is gorgeous for portraits and candids. Weddings at The Holford Estate are amazing, because the staff is just incredible.

The Holford Estate is really peaceful and secluded, and is one of the nicest places to get married in Cheshire. The venue offers seriously good food – and there are so many beautiful spots that are perfect for photos. I love having a little explore every time I visit!

After the Ceremony

The couple had lawn games in the afternoon, and live music in the evening. The gals from Girls That Mix kept the guests up and dancing to their unique dance-backed sax and drumming. For dinner they had a slap up meal, and the first dance was done away with in favour of prioritising spending quality time with their guests. They finished off the evening with mega feasting once more by SJE Catering.

The Couple

Stacy wore the most breathtaking off-shoulder champagne gown and Nick wore a three-piece suit and they looked really amazing. I had such a lovely morning shooting prep with the girls and my pal Lisa Simms who obviously worked her magic and dolled up the squad.Nick opted for his three sons as groomsmen/best men and it was such a lovely way to include them.

The couple got in touch with me last year, and their enquiry was really touching. They said they wanted a relaxed photographer, and I loved that they just wanted to party and eat cake. And what a cake display it was by the EPIC Sarah of Pink Cocoa who outdid herself once again!

The Holford Estate is an utter dream venue to work at with Hannah and her team running the show like a BOSS, unreal food by the amazing Sam at SJE Catering and of course owner Frances always keeping an eye out. I love when I get to hang out with this LEGIT drema team!
