Vicky & Mark - and their gorgeous kids - and a Denzell Gardens Pre-Wedding Session

WEDDING SEASON IS HERE!!!! Guys, this year is jam-packed with SO MANY beautiful couples and families, stunning locations and unique themes, bucket list venues and killer gowns.  I'm THRILLED to be back at some favourites (Owen House Wedding Barn, Belle Epoque, Victoria Warehouse), exploring some BRAND NEW gems (Tilstone House, Dorfold Hall) & wish fulfilling at some iconic spaces (The Deaf Institute, Armathwaite Hall, Colshaw Hall).  I've spent today powering through admin with the biggest grin, not believing my luck that this is my job.  MENTAL.

With the onset of the season, I've been having a ball dusting off the cobwebs with some awesome pre-wedding shoots.  I'm super into the pre-wedding shoot, simply because it's a bit of an icebreaker ahead of the big day: we suss each other out, chat about the main event and take some pretty pictures in a gorgeous setting.  One of my first of the season was the insanely beautiful Vicky & Mark in Altrincham's  Denzell Gardens.

Vicky and Mark have been together 18 years (!!!) and have two STUNNING children, Ebony & Austin who tagged along for the shoot.  Whilst a pre-wedding shoot is generally just to get comfortable with the couples portraits, I loved having these two goofballs around.  They were hilarious and the dynamic of the day was super relaxed, feeling more like a family day out than a photo shoot.  These kids are STARS and their energy is completely infectious.  Whilst we wandered around the gardens, we chatted more about their epic upcoming Nunsmere Hall wedding. I CAN'T WAIT for this day (in just 10 days time!), and I was even more excited when Vicky rang me just last week to add a highlights video to their package.  After last week's wedding with my 'dream team' (second shooter Jenn and video by Amy), I love that we get to do it all over again, telling a complete story of this beautiful family's big day.

Here's a bit of what we got up to, enjoy! x
